Right of withdrawal

Under article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from a purchase of non-perishable goods, without giving a reason.

Excluded products (article L221-28)

goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (perishable goods);
fresh and frozen food;
goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons (for example opened cosmetics);
alcoholic drinks whose value depends on market fluctuations, where applicable.

How to withdraw

Tell us before the period ends, by email to service-client@eurominimarche.shop or by post to EURO MINI MARCHE, 145 rue de Vaugirard, 75015 Paris, France, using the form below or any clear statement. Send the goods back without undue delay, at the latest 14 days after your decision, in their original state.

Return costs are paid by you. We refund you, including standard delivery costs, at the latest 14 days after being informed of your decision, using the same payment method; we may delay the refund until we receive the goods or proof of dispatch.

Non-conforming, damaged or missing items

Report within 48 hours of receipt with a photo to service-client@eurominimarche.shop: we refund or replace. You also have the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 ff. of the Consumer Code) and the hidden-defects guarantee (articles 1641 ff. of the Civil Code).
