Terms of sale
The French version is legally binding; this English text is provided for convenience.
1. Purpose
These terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales made on this site between EURO MINI MARCHE (“Euro Mini Marché“, the “Seller”), whose details are in the legal notice, and any consumer (the “Customer”).
2. Products and prices
Products are shown with their main characteristics. Pictures are illustrative and packaging may differ; the packaging of the product you receive is the reference. See product information and allergens.
Prices are in euros, including VAT (5.5% on food, 20% on alcoholic drinks, cosmetics and household products). Delivery costs are shown before the order is confirmed. Products are offered while stocks last; if an item is unavailable after ordering, the Customer is told by email and refunded for that item.
3. Ordering
The Customer may order as a guest or with an account. They check the basket, address and delivery method, then tick the terms box. The order is binding once the box is ticked and the button “Order with payment obligation” (order with obligation to pay) is clicked. The Seller then confirms the order by email.
The Seller may refuse or cancel an order in case of an existing dispute, an abnormal request or if delivery is impossible.
4. Payment
The Customer chooses one of the payment methods offered:
- SEPA bank transfer to the Seller’s Qonto account. Bank details are shown after ordering and sent by email. The order is prepared when the money arrives (an instant transfer allows same-day preparation). If no payment arrives within 7 days, the order is cancelled.
- Payment at pickup in the shop, by card or cash, for pickup orders only.
- Online card payment, through our payment provider Mollie, when offered at checkout.

5. Delivery and pickup
Methods, areas, times and fees are on the delivery and pickup page. Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer when the goods are handed over.
6. Alcoholic products
Selling alcohol to minors is forbidden. The Customer confirms being 18 or over at checkout; proof of age may be requested at delivery or pickup and the order refused without it. See alcohol sales.
7. Right of withdrawal
The Customer has 14 days to withdraw, except for legal exclusions (perishable goods, fresh and frozen food, goods unsealed for hygiene reasons, etc.). Conditions and the model form are on the withdrawal and returns page.
8. Legal guarantees
The Seller is liable under the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 ff. of the Consumer Code) and for hidden defects (articles 1641 ff. of the Civil Code). Damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, with a photo, to service-client@eurominimarche.shop; the Customer receives a refund or a replacement as appropriate.
9. Liability
The Seller is not liable for damage caused by improper use of products. Nothing in these terms limits the Customer’s statutory rights.
10. Personal data
Data processing is described in the privacy policy.
11. Consumer mediation
In case of a dispute, the Customer first contacts customer service at service-client@eurominimarche.shop. If unresolved, they may use the free consumer mediator: being assigned.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. A consumer keeps the mandatory protections of their country of residence.
