Shop pickup
Collect your order at 145 rue de Vaugirard, 75015 Paris, France. Opening hours: Every day, 8:30 – 22:30. You get an email when it is ready (within 2 h during opening hours). It is kept for 3 days. Payment at pickup (card or cash) is available for pickup orders.
Paris delivery
Only for Paris (75) addresses. For same-day delivery, order before 14:00 Monday to Saturday; otherwise delivery is the next day. Fresh and frozen goods are delivered respecting the cold chain. For alcohol deliveries, proof of age may be requested: see alcohol sales.
Colissimo France
Shipped to mainland France, 2 to 4 working days after preparation. Fresh and frozen products and alcohol are not sent by post.
Payment and preparation
With a bank transfer, the order is prepared when the money arrives (an instant transfer allows same-day preparation). If unpaid after 7 days it is cancelled. See the terms of sale.
Problem on arrival
Damaged parcel or missing item: report it within 48 hours with a photo to service-client@eurominimarche.shop. We refund or replace. See withdrawal and returns.
