3. Retention
- Order and invoicing data: 10 years (accounting rules).
- Customer account: until deleted, or 3 years after last activity.
- Prospects and newsletter subscribers: 3 years after last contact.
- Cookie choice: 6 months.
4. Recipients and processors
Your data is never sold. It is available to our team and to our processors: our web host (announced when online), Mollie for card payments, and Qonto for bank transfers. It may be disclosed to authorities where the law requires.
5. Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, the right to withdraw consent at any time, and to set instructions for your data after death. To use them, write to rgpd@eurominimarche.shop; we answer within one month. You may also complain to the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
